Light Intel needs rear-camera access to analyze scene brightness. Open iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera and enable Light Intel. Camera frames are analyzed on device and are not saved.
Reading accuracy
Light Intel is a reflected-light meter. Bright or dark subjects, lens filters, and creative intent can call for exposure compensation. Treat recommendations as strong starting points and confirm critical work with your camera’s histogram.
Resetting a session
Close and reopen the Meter tab to begin a fresh reading sequence. Session history is kept only for the current app session.
